Abbi joined our team in 2023 as a Client Service Specialist with a wealth of practical experience. She has quickly become a cornerstone of our client relations efforts with her creativity and problem-solving skills. With her ability to understand and respond to client requests, Abbi ensures exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. Her role involves processing investment paperwork, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships with professionalism and empathy.
Outside of work Abbi is an avid Farmer’s Market visitor and part-time server at Texas Roadhouse. She also spends her time cheering on her daughter, Lily, during her softball games and practices. Abbi’s detail-oriented mindset and personable disposition have become an essential part of creating an accessible and welcoming environment for our clients.
