Marci joined our team in 2012 as an Administrative Assistant. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Illinois State University. Her expertise and dedication to the team resulted in her promotion to our Operations Administrator. With over a decade on our team, Marci oversees the daily operations of our business with efficiency and expertise. Her role involves optimizing processes, managing team members, and ensuring seamless coordination across the office. Her work enhances our productivity and helps us to reach our organizational goals.
Beyond her professional achievements, Marci likes to spend her time with her family and adventurous cat, Luna. She also volunteers at her church as a Sunday School teacher – choosing to give her time to helping grow a love for the Lord in the hearts of 3rd graders. Marci’s passion for continuous improvement and her proactive approach to problem-solving are integral to our team’s success and cohesive work environment.
