Marjorie joined Breeden & Associates, LTD. in December 2004 as a Staff Accountant. She continued her education at Illinois Central College and became and Enrolled Agent in 2010. As an Enrolled Agent, Marge represents our taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. This credential required a three-part comprehensive test and 72 hours of continuing education every three years. With a keen eye for detail and a strong grasp of financial principles, Marge diligently handles our day-to-day accounting tasks, including preparing financial statements, payroll processing, and completing individual and corporate tax returns. Her meticulous approach and years of experience contribute to the smooth financial operations of our organization.
When Marjorie is not helping her clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband Rick, two daughters, and three grandchildren. You can also find her going boating, leading youth group, and being active in other church activities. Marge’s commitment to excellence in her professional role and her active involvement in her community exemplify her well-rounded contributions to both our team and the broader community.
