Marjorie Perdew joined Breeden & Associates, LTD. in December 2004 as a Staff Accountant. Her responsibilities include preparing financial statements, payroll processing, individual and corporate tax returns.
Marjorie started her career in a small family accounting practice in 1980. She was responsible for handling several small company books, financial statements, individual and corporate taxes. She has continued her education by enrolling in classes at Illinois Central College and passing the Enrolled Agent exam in 2010. An Enrolled Agent is a person who has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service by passing a three-part comprehensive IRS test, covering individual and business tax returns. Individuals who obtain this elite status must adhere to ethical standards and complete 72 hours of continuing education courses every three years.
When Marjorie is not helping her clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband Rick, two daughters, three grandchildren, boating, coaching softball, and being active in her church activities.
